Renovate & Carpentry
Our renovation & carpentry arm includes bathroom works, framing & plaster restorations, water proofing & general plumbing, as well as deckings and carpentry repairs. Handrails & safety mobility applications are also offered. Additionally, we work with a number of accredited trade providers to ensure applications are to Australian Standards. We take pride in our project & renovation management abilities and work to meet your property goals.
Property Services
Elcore's property services include garden & lawn maintenance, rubbish removal & green waste management, general home safety, property upkeep, limited internal & external painting, gutter & window cleaning along with other handyman services. We are industry audited and provide safety reports to ensure safety, improvement, clarity & confidence.
Hoarding & Restore
Property hoarding and restoration requires a well-managed plan of attack. The removal and transfer of one's belongings is delivered with the highest of respect. Whether the goods are to be moved, discarded, the property be cleansed or renovated & then sold we will work closely with you to ensure all of your pre-determined goals are met.
Project Management
Renovations and general construction works can
be a rewarding experience in bringing your home or investment back to life.
